How do I choose the right size for myself?

 

Q1: Can I just buy it and it will fit my waist size?  
A: For waist sizes up to 1180mm, please choose the 1200mm length; for waist sizes up to 1380mm, please choose the 1400mm length. After receiving the belt, you can trim the length to fit your waist size. For special requests, please leave a message on the backend.

Q2: My clothes are very expensive. Will your belts fade and stain my clothes?  
A: MARANORA belts use TPU, a type of high-performance eco-friendly, skin-friendly material between rubber and plastic. It is highly stable, waterproof, sweat-resistant, and does not fade. Please use it with confidence.


Q3: Why doesn't your belt deform?  
A: The middle layer of the MARANORA belt is made of polyurethane and nylon webbing, while the outer layer is made of military-grade TPU polymer material combined with patented technology to bond these two high-performance materials together, so it won't deform or crack.


Q4: How are shipping costs calculated, and how long does delivery take?  
A: Our product quotes include shipping costs. Generally, delivery to North America takes 7-10 days, to most of Europe 10-15 days, and to Southeast Asia approximately 7 days. For other regions, please consult customer service.

Q5: Can the patterns on the belt be customized?  
A: MARANORA can customize belts with any pattern or design, but the delivery time will be extended accordingly, and additional fees may apply depending on the complexity of the pattern.

Q6: How to register a new account?
A: Visit the homepage, click the "Join Free" button in the upper right corner, fill in the required information, including email, username and password, and follow the prompts to complete the registration process.

Q7: What if I forget my password?
A: Click "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter the registered email address, and the system will send a reset link to your email. Please follow the instructions in the email.

Products and Purchases

Q8: How to search for products?
A: Enter keywords in the search box on the homepage and click Search to find related products. You can also browse by category through the navigation bar.

Q9: What if the product details page is incomplete?
A: If you have any questions about the product, you can contact customer service in the lower right corner for more information.

Payment and Delivery

Q10: What payment methods are supported?
A: We currently only support Google Paypal payment methods.

Q11: How to check the delivery progress?
A: Log in to your account, go to "My Orders", select the corresponding order, and click "View Logistics" to see the delivery details.

Return and Exchange Policy

Q12: How to apply for a return if you are not satisfied with the product you received?
A: Log in to your account, go to "My Order", select the product to be returned, click "Apply for Return", and follow the prompts. The product must remain in its original condition and will not affect secondary sales.

Q13: Do I need to bear the shipping cost for the return?
A: If there is a quality problem with the product, the return shipping cost will be borne by us; if the return is not due to quality problems, the shipping cost will be borne by the buyer.
